Baked Sweet Potato Fries with Yogurt

This simple recipe can be served as a healthy appetizer or meal.  It includes sweet (sweet potato), spicy (chipotle peppers) and cool (Greek yogurt) flavors that make a perfect taste combination.   I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Ingredients for Baked Potato Fries:

Sweet Potatoes, cut lengthwise

  1. Your sweet potato fries look fantastic!
I read that you traveled to india and discovered your love of sprouts through your host family.
I am looking for programs through which I can travel to India or Thailand to study the culinary culture, and do a home stay as well. Do you know of any?

    Best,

  2. Hi Jenne, Thank you for your compliment --- --- i was fortunate to have a friend living over there, so I learned a lot about cooking through observation. You can learn a lot about spices when you visit old delhi --- There is a section called "The Spice Market". This is an endless road of spice shops with every type of spice imaginable. Good luck ---- sounds like an an amazing culinary adventure.
