You cannot go wrong if you use fresh ingredients and consider what flavors and spices will produce the most inspiring taste. I just fixed the most delicious breakfast using my leftover veggies and adding some quinoa. I simmered the quinoa on the stove, while I chopped and quickly sautéed some of my market veggies.
